Just a reminder for me (Extrace.exe is an internal tool used for deep debugging). extrace.exe -c -v ExchangeDebugTraces.etl >TraceOut.csv We have to use the Microsoft.Exchange.Diagnostics.dll matching the Exchange build where the trace come from.
